Early launch date for first-of-class 'Astute' submarine welcomed by shipyard trade unions and workforce

Terry Waiting, Chairman of the trade union led Keep Our Future Afloat campaign today welcomed BAE SYSTEMS announcement that the launch of the First-of-Class Astute nuclear powered submarine would take place on 8th June 2007.
